This cold and slow ground pumpkin seed powder comes from our friends in Austria, which specialises in local bio organic, CO2 neutral and fairly farmed products. This preparation has allowed them to create a powder which punches out a staggering 65% pure, easily assimilated, vegan protein allowing for quick muscle repair for athletes to keep their performance optimal!

Pumpkin protein bread: for this low carb and gluten free recipe, simply blend 1/2 pumpkin seeds, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp pumpkin seed powder, 1/4 cup almond milk and 1 tbsp coconut flour. Pour the non-rising mix into a baking pan and place in the oven at 175 C for 40 minutes.
My personal favourite: here comes another smoothies since it's my post workout solution: 1 cup almond milk, 2 tablespoons pumpkin seed powder, 1 teaspoon peanut butter, a dash of vanilla extract/cinnamon powder/nutmeg powder.
Drink this around 90 mins before your workout especially if you worked out the day before. You can also drink this straight after the workout to hold your appetite with an initial protein supplement before feasting at home!
2-3 tablespoons per day. This amount can easily be doubled for athletes.
