Here's a great workout circuit to sculpt your legs and glutes while toning your upper body!

30 secs per exercise, 10 secs rest between each exercise. Repeat the sequence 4-5 times.

1 - Pull ups
2 - Pistol squats
3 - Handstand shoulder taps
4 - Close grip row
5 - Weighted lunges
6 - Explosive alternative uneven push ups
