Summer workout: chest, back, legs and abs routine

Each exercise lasts 30 secs with 15 secs rest between each one.

Repeat 4-5 times with 1 min rest between each set.

1 - Spiderman pushups

2 - Pull ups 3 - Levitating squats

4 - Hindu push ups

5 - Hanging leg raises

6 - Long jumps with hop back
